CONTENT & SOURCE GUIDELINES
Use your media responsibly.
Clear expectations for customer-supplied playlists, source permissions and the material shown by M&M.
Bring an authorized source.
Use only media and playlists you are entitled to access. Do not use M&M to infringe copyright, bypass paid access or distribute credentials. A functioning source URL does not establish that you have permission to view or share its content.
No content packages from M&M.
M&M supplies player software only. We do not provide playlists, channels, movies, series or content subscriptions, and we do not link customers to unauthorized sources. We do not offer subscriptions through support or recommend a provider as a way to obtain copyrighted material.
Keep prohibited material out of our services.
Do not submit unlawful material, exploitative content, threats, hateful abuse or material that violates another person’s privacy through our website or support channels. Do not send copies of media when reporting an issue. Describe the issue without forwarding the content.
Requirements can differ by app store, audience and region. A customer-supplied source does not remove the publisher’s responsibilities for the application it distributes.
Original and accurate presentation.
Website preview scenes are illustrative original artwork. They are not an included media catalogue or screenshots proving that every edition supports every displayed control. Third-party channel logos, premium programme posters and manufacturer certification badges are not used as claims of entitlement or approval.
Rights and misuse reports.
Contact [email protected] or the support form to report material on our website or behaviour of our software. Identify the relevant page or app edition, explain your concern, and provide a safe way to contact you. If you are reporting a rights issue, explain your connection to the affected material.
Do not include private source credentials or ask us to obtain a third-party playlist. Concerns about a provider’s own catalogue or account should also be directed to that provider.
