Email [email protected] or use the support form with the subject Privacy request. Tell us whether you are asking for access, correction or deletion and identify the website interaction or app edition involved. Use the email address associated with the request where possible.

We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We do not need your playlist password, access token or a copy of private media to process a website privacy enquiry.

A login issued by your media provider is managed by that provider. M&M cannot delete another service’s account or subscription. Direct provider-account requests to the relevant service. If you have an account issued by M&M itself, identify that account and edition when contacting us.

Cookie preferences in the footer let you change optional website analytics for future visits and actions. Changing a browser preference does not by itself delete an earlier support message or previously recorded events.

We assess the information needed to handle your request and any records that must remain for an applicable legal or security purpose. We explain any relevant limitation when responding. Requests about a third-party source or its storage need to be made to that provider.
