M&M MEDIA PLAYER PRIVACY
Privacy & your information.
How the M&M website handles information, how to contact us, and the distinction between the player and your own media source.
Scope and contact.
This notice describes the M&M Media Player website and support service. Contact [email protected] about privacy, access, correction or deletion. M&M supplies player software; customers provide their own playlists and media sources.
Our player does not display advertising. That statement does not mean a customer’s media source is ad-free, and it is not a statement that every app edition has no network activity or data processing. App-specific practices must be disclosed for the particular released edition, in addition to the website practices below.
When you contact support.
The support form collects your name, email address, selected platform, subject, message and your consent to process the request. We use these details to investigate, respond and manage follow-up. Authorized staff can view the request and its internal status.
Messages are saved in the protected support inbox. If email delivery is configured, they are also sent to the publisher’s support mailbox through its email provider. Do not send passwords, access tokens, full private playlist URLs or sensitive media.
Optional website analytics.
If you allow analytics, the website records aggregate page views, platform selections and guide/download actions. Event data is limited to a clean page path, a bounded action/platform label, a broad traffic-source category and a timestamp. It does not include your email, support message or playlist credentials.
The website does not install an advertising tracker or third-party analytics tag. Signed-in staff activity is excluded. Cookie preferences in the footer let you change future optional analytics. Choosing essential only does not prevent you from reading pages or contacting support.
Essential storage and security.
Browser storage remembers your analytics choice. Staff authentication uses an essential session cookie. A temporary server-side abuse control uses a hashed request identifier and expires it after a short period. Application and infrastructure logs may be needed to operate and protect the service.
Access to support information and administration is restricted by staff role. Use a secure connection when sending information. We do not ask you to disclose media-source credentials through the contact form and do not promise that third-party sources use the same security practices.
Your playlist and independent providers.
A customer playlist or account may contain private URLs, usernames, access tokens and information about media choices. Your chosen source receives the requests needed to deliver its service and applies its own privacy practices. That provider is separate from M&M.
This website currently has no public playlist-upload, device-sync, customer-account registration or playback service. A website privacy request cannot delete an account held with an independent media provider. The storage and SDK behaviour of a specific app edition require that edition’s own accurate disclosure.
Sharing and retention.
We use website and support information for operating the service and handling enquiries. Necessary hosting or email service providers may process information for those purposes when configured. Optional analytics are first-party; this website does not sell analytics events or support messages for advertising.
Support information is kept while needed to resolve and follow up an enquiry or meet an applicable security or legal purpose. Analytics information is kept for website improvement and can be removed by authorized administrators. Requests to remove records are assessed against any continuing legal or security need. Information is removed when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Contact support to request review of a particular record. Cloudflare provides the website’s edge proxy and security services.
Your choices and requests.
Use Cookie preferences to change future optional analytics. To ask about access, correction or deletion of support information, email [email protected] or open a privacy request. Include enough information to locate the interaction without sending a password. We may verify identity before acting.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information to support, contact us so the request can be reviewed and the information removed where appropriate. This notice does not set an app-store age rating.
Privacy requestsRelease-specific information and updates.
App-store privacy information, Data safety declarations, in-app disclosures and the behaviour of the released app must agree. No-advertising is confirmed by the publisher; playlist storage, diagnostics and all SDK behaviour have not been fully verified for each edition in this website review.
We will update the applicable notice when practices change. Last website notice update: 29 October 2026.
