Find your device and app version
The details that help support understand your setup.
Device and operating system
Look in Settings → About or System information. TV model numbers may also appear on the product label. Avoid posting serial numbers publicly.
App version
Look for About, Settings or Version in the installed player. Include the full label in your support request.
Send useful details
Include the platform, model, OS version, app version and steps that reproduce the issue. Remove personal information and credentials from screenshots.
