Understanding your media source
Separate the player, your source and the information you should keep private.
The app and the source are different.
A player is an interface; your media source supplies the material you access. M&M does not sell channel packages through this website. Use sources you are authorized to access.
Check supported source methods.
Portal, playlist and account-based methods differ. Consult the information for your installed edition before entering credentials. Do not assume support from a different player or a conceptual screenshot.
Keep access details private.
A source URL can contain a password or access token. Do not include complete source URLs, passwords or tokens in a support message or public screenshot.
Choose the right support route.
Contact your source provider about account or source availability. Contact M&M about the player, describing the device, app version and behaviour without private access details.
