Start with the player.
A media player provides an interface for accessing compatible media. It is different from a channel package, a streaming subscription or a third-party account.
Bring a compatible source.
Use media you are authorized to access, and check the source methods supported by your edition. A playlist or portal used in another player is not automatically compatible with every app version.
Find the right kind of help.
M&M support can help with the player and its documented behaviour. Source availability, third-party subscriptions and account access need to be resolved with the source provider.
